We hired Professional Electrical Services for the electrical installation in our basement finish project. Corey and Jose and their team were responsive to our schedule needs and very flexible when hardware or location changes were needed. They are great problem-solvers and always went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with our job. We needed help with the electrical work for a basement recording studio that doubles as a performance room — as well as some other electrical upgrades in the house. The room was already finished, but we wanted some pretty extensive additions to make the room function the way we wanted it to function. We appreciated Professional Electrical Services responsiveness, quality of work, attention to detail, willingness to listen to what we wanted to achieve, recommendations for changes and timeliness. We also wanted additional outlets installed in a pantry, which they were able to do without cutting any holes in the sheetrock. It was amazing what they were able to do. Overall, an excellent experience with very competitive pricing. I could not have asked for a better quality work.

I believe with all my heart it is becoming more difficult to find locally owned and operated businesses that offer outstanding customer service and quality execution of their businesses products and services. My wife and I are currently under contract with an individual that is buying our home and they had hired an independent home inspector that included an item that he felt needed to be corrected inside the main electrical breaker panel. I called Professional Electrical Services by way of a referral from a local home builder that I know, and from the moment I called them starting with the receptionist who transferred me to Cory who I assumed was the owner of the company were both extremely professional and friendly and were able to take care of us the same day. He personally followed up with me by calling me later in the day to let me know he was completed with the repairs and to make sure there was anything else I needed. The rates were the least expensive by far that I could find along the Wasatch front and the service was the best I had experienced with any type of company in a very long time. It reminded me and felt like I was dealing with another company I regularly do business with which is Amazon, who offers in my opinion and thousands of other individuals opinions as well, excellent customer service and the lowest prices found anywhere. I highly recommend Professional Electrical Services, and in the future my wife and I feel like we have found an electrical company that we will use for absolutely any type of electrical needs in the future. We hired Professional Electric to wire our new home, these guys are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They were efficient, thorough, kind and patient while we walked through and added or removed and changed plugs, switches and whatnot.
