Keith arrived promptly and managed to complete the task in half the time he had originally anticipated. Interestingly, we received a quote from another company charging double the price for the same job. However, Keith managed it at half the cost. Despite being a small electrical company, the mindset towards work is commendable, as if handling a large project. I highly recommend choosing this company in Orem, you definitely won’t regret it.

I reached out to The Volt Masters late in the afternoon, around 4pm, leaving a message about a small, quick task I needed help with – replacing a regular outlet with one suitable for a dryer. To my delight, I received a call back the very same day. The following morning, before attending to other pre-scheduled jobs, Bentley was at my place in Orem. In a swift 15 minutes, he had completed the job and was on his way, leaving me able to dry my clothes. The service was impeccable, and I definitely plan to call them again for more electrical tasks we need to be done in the future.

The crew, which included Keith, Colin, and Bentley, was professional and enjoyable to have in our Orem facility to handle our electrical concerns. I reached out on a Sunday to The Volt Masters to inquire about their hours of operation, not expecting to speak with anyone. However, a helpful individual was present and she swiftly scheduled an appointment for the upcoming day. My meeting slot was set between 2-5 pm, and around 1:45 pm I received a call indicating that my electrician was en route. Eric, the electrician, showed up around 2:30 pm. I shared my concerns with him, and he adeptly tackled all of them in a punctual fashion. Eric was both polite and professional. I had braced myself for a hefty bill, but was pleasantly taken aback by the reasonable total. I’d certainly engage their services again for future electrical needs.
