Over a very hot summer weekend, our AC stopped working. We called dozens of places all around Utah to see if there was any emergency availability and unfortunately, lots of places were booked or charging crazy prices due to the increased demand. Luckily, one of the businesses I called was YES! From my first interaction to when the technician left our home, everything was so smooth. They got us scheduled sooner than anyone else was able to, and at a reasonable rate. The company sent us a pic and bio of the technician they would be sending out, including their ETA, so we weren’t just letting a total stranger in to our house. Our technician, Clint, showed up on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the issue, solution, and maintenance plan all plainly enough for me to understand. We were so impressed with the entire process that we signed up for the annual plan. Thank you YES! and Clint for helping save our family during these hot summer days!

Heat wave here in Utah. YES rearranged their technician schedule so that we could get our air conditioner fixed sooner rather than later. I appreciate that. As Comfort Club members we were also waived the service call charge and only paid for the part (capacitor). The technician (Clint) was very helpful in explaining what he was doing so that I knew what was going on. Overall, positive experience.

Yes! has really been easy and great for us to work with. Their response was very quick. Sawyer came out today to check out our ac, it wasn’t working properly. Sawyer is an awesome tech. He quickly spotted the problem and fixed it for us…..we just needed a simple cleaning. We’re also members of their customer care program, very inexpensive and well worth the money. We’re very satisfied with Yes!, and would strongly recommend them. It’s five stars for us! Thanks again, Sawyer!
