Crew stopped by to fix an outlet issue and I then asked them to scope out a rewiring of an overhead fan. I walked up the stairs to see them trying to force closed a broken attic door. The metal arms were all bent and there was a bracket on the counter of my daughter’s bathroom. When asked, they said “we didn’t do anything, it’s just old.” When asked how the metal bracket got on top of my daughter’s box of bows when it wasn’t there this morning, they said they didn’t know. Some serious honesty issues here.

The install team from Rayes Electric was on time, courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up. They also did a great job of walking me through what they would be doing during the install and reviewed again at the end of the day. I would recommend Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Had them come out to my mothers house due to an intermediate issue with the lights going out. Alex arrived and quickly addressed the issue the same day. He replaced the old light fixtures with LED ones and it made a huge difference! Highly recommend him and I will call him again for further work!
