We had a light stop working and I could not figure it out, so I called Landmark. They arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and effected repairs immediately. The tech used no materials and was in our house for 10 minutes at the most. The charge was $150! Outrageous. I paid it but I’ll never use Landmark gain. The Tech actually apologized for charging this much but his boss at the office told him to charge that. Be aware of this company’s unfair pricing.

Landmark was contracted to do electrical work for the construction of our new home. In addition to being inflexible and short-sighted, getting them to fix electrical issues, however small and insignificant, is a nightmare. We frequently deal with the same “electrician” who has shocked himself numerous times, and can’t figure out how to fix our dead switches. I would rate their professionalism poorly, their attitude is dismissive, and their quality is fortunately only upheld by the fact that it must be inspected independently and meet code for use/approval. Thank goodness for that.

Well I deliver to this place from my job, but I can tell you from my dealing with these people they are honest and caring group of people, at times they help me unload their own delivery no other company does this…now think if they are willing to help me how much more service do they offer to their clients?

They have been out twice to our house, today they accused my husband of messing with the outlets and called him a RACIAL SLUR. They also do not seem like they know what they are doing when it comes to electrical work, they are just throwing parts at the issue instead and looking further to see what the actual issue is.

This guy is a jerk and a liar. He lied about pricing, he never made it to the appointment as I rushed home to meet him. When I finally did meet up with him I then recognize the truck on 281 where he almost hit me. If his work is anything how he drives then I definitely dodged a bullet.
