Excellent all around experience Citywide Electric!!! From the initial phone call to get a price estimate and appointment to quote and instillation, I could not be happier with the professionalism and services provided! Octavio and Chris came out to replaced the GFCI outlets in the kitchen and removed the old new ceiling fan and installed a new one. They were informative and worked efficiently to get the jobs done right and in a timely manner. Definitely will be using them in the future.

City Wide Electric did a great job installing a dedicated circuit for a mini-split AC system, as well as, installing two more outlets in my garage. Octavio and Chris were extremely professional and very efficient as well, even though it was nearing 100 degrees outside and they had to go in my attic to pull cable. The post-install walkthrough was very informative and I was impressed and happy by the work done overall. I highly recommend City Wide Electric!!

We needed an electrician immediately and called other places before lucking onto Citywide. The other places were either unable to come within a few days or wanted to extract a pretty penny for a sooner response. Daniel, who was very friendly, trustworthy and professional, came right away. He fixed the problem quickly and also took the time to give me accurate estimates on some other things I wanted done. We will definitely be using them from now on.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Told me they would not charge me the 90$ fee if I scheduled service with them, so I decided to schedule service for outlets to be changed, by the end of the outlet diagnostic the guy wanted me to pay 90 even after I said I wanted to schedule service, I refused to pay and made him leave, literally all he did was take the plug plate off, look at it, and say “yea it sparked” and now this A hole! Wants 90$? Don’t let these people take advantage of you! **update** Ok let me make this perfectly clear, because I refuse to let these people twist the narrative to there favor, Citywide wanted 90$ to fix a outlet that had sparked up on me, fine no big deal, but to take a outlet face plate off look at the plug n say “yea it has some burn marks on it” then be like “ok that’ll be 90$ please, then after you pay the 90 we can charge you more money to actually fix the problem”, like are you actually kidding me? How anyone can consider that “troubleshooting” is beyond me, much less want to charge 90$ for that is crazy. also I did ask to schedule work to be done to my house (replacing the outlet in question), and even now in there response they say I was confused and kept changing my mind, ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE MY OUTLET CHANGED thats it. Dont trust these SCAMMERS IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO MAKE THESE CLAIMS, HAD I KNOWN “TROUBLESHOOTING” TO THESE PEOPLE MEANT LOOKING AT THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND SAYING “YEA ITS DAMAGED” I WOULD HAVE NEVER CALLED THEM OR AGREED TO PAY 90$, like excuse me for not wanting to pay 90$ for nothing, petty scammers.
