After recommendations from a local app on a “good electrician”, I contacted Intrepid Electric, spoke to the owner, and had an appointment set up a few days later. the electricians, Daniel and Mike were on time, focused on the work requested, honest and respectful of what I considered important. The bill was fair considering the amount of time spent on some of the problems. I will definitely be calling them for future work, installing more outlets in the garage, and extending lines in the backyard for future lighting. Based on the repercussions of having electrical work done poorly, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of having qualified electricians and a licensed company with a good position in the community doing the work.

My breaker box was damaged in the storm that hit Robert Lee i called Intrepid , randy sent mike and daniel out within hours and im 40miles away they were able 2 get me goin while they ordered parts which had to come from houston they came put the new parts on the next day . I could not believe the awesome service mike and daniel kept me up todate the whole time those boys are professionals , thank you so much Randy,Mike and daniel

We have an old house that had major electrical issues. Randy came in and assessed what needed to happen and sent Mike and Daniel to take care of rewiring and bringing it up to date. They were very professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns. We are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them. Our family is extremely grateful for all of their help and work.

Our breaker box was damaged in a storm and we were without power. Intrepid responded immediately and had us fully restored in a few hours. The wonderful repair team of Mike and Daniel were great! They kept us informed throughout the process and were so friendly and helpful. We will always rely on Intrepid for our electrical needs!

Be extremely careful if you do business with them as they do not pay their bills. It has been a constant battle to try and collect, finally had to repo equipment from their office. Absolutely no response from the owner, Randy McIntyre. I read your response. reaching out to you is uses less because you dodge the calls.

My friends family hired this company to fix an issue with the wiring in their house recently and they had quite the experience.. I happened to be there for the entire thing id like to share how crazy of an experience they had, youre in for a ride with this one: 1. It took them 2 and a half days to fix a minor rewiring of a room. 2. They created a problem on top of the old problem; when trying to splice some wirea to divert some of the energy outputs so none of the lines would trip or overheat, they created an even worse firehazzard and even incorrectly wired the splice. 3. Within 12 hours them “fixing the issue” there was a loud pop and the power was totally out and would not turn back on (fortunate considering how poorly the work was done) 4. They called to rectify the issue and they responded with “well call you back” hung up on them and refused to answer any further phone calls. 5. They way overcharged for their services and likely purposely inflated the price by lolligagging until they were content with the payment. In conclusion, they came out to do a service, did not properly deliver on the service and left my friend holding the ball without power or a solid way to fix it. It could have possibly burned their home to the ground and honestly this is just pure negligence on the companies part as well as completely unprofessional. The guys who fixed their mistake were half the cost and much quicker AND way more professional. My recommendation is to literally hire this company at your own disgression because i am unsure if it was a bias for the homeowners or just recent management changes but, they are not trustworthy in your house in any capacity at this point and you could lose everything due their negligence. Bad. Really bad service….

Jeff and Dakota did a wonderful job! They both take their jobs seriously, and will answer any questions you might have. I have absolutely no complaints about the work that they did. If, and when I need an electrician in the future, I will be calling Intrepid for sure!

Technician was perfectly on time. He didn’t waste any time fixing the issue I was having with my breaker box. Prices are awesome and we will continue to keep using this company.
