$150 service call fee on weekend and they would not reveal their standard cost to replace a fuse – opportunity pricing tactics that just don’t give a good impression of the business. Fuse replacement is a standard price range and they should be ready to share that of they want business.

Called them at 8:43am with an HVAC electrical issue in the middle of summer. They scheduled a technician for 11am-1pm. No one was here by 3:20pm. More concerned with telling me the service call price up front, no call back, no estimation of time, I understand if your team is busy but please let the customer know what’s going on. Would not use again. Went with a different company

I needed to repair 3 entryway lights replaced on 20 ft and 15 ft ceilings. Plano Electricians came to do the work, and did it at an amazing speed. They even had time to fix other broken fixtures in my home, and they left my home clean!!!!

Good people and good service. Installed 4 fan and light systems in my house at a price point below my budget. I was recommended by a friend and I would do the same after having hired them.
