This company did not pay their debt after receiving services from another small business. Boycot this company at all costs. This sort of unprofessional practice is unacceptable! Poor ethics. Do not use!!!

Would use this business if they would learn to pay their bills when it comes to using another companies services. They have the audacity to collect money from everyone who hires them but they don’t pay up when services are used from other companies. Very little integrity and commitment within this company. Would not recommend hiring them and paying them your hard earned money. Support a business that has better ethics than this company does.

Isai helped us with our new solar installation. He is a good communicator, and he gave us clear updates on progress and holdups. He was also very effective in working with the inspectors. Highly recommended.

We had a very negative experience with VA Electrical Contractors. We ordered a 18 KW Generac generator from them on June 16, 2021, which arrived 6 months later in December. At that time, a representative from VA Electrical came to our house to discuss installation, which was scheduled to begin in January 2022. By February there was no progress or updates; we tried calling multiple times but he did not answer and there was no availability to leave a voicemail. In March, we called the main office of VA Electrical Contractors and were told that they were waiting on the city for the permit. On March 24 we called again and were told that they were waiting on slab dimensions. Finally, April 1 the plumber came to our house to verify the location of the generator and gas meter. He increased his original quote by $2,500 and when we questioned this, we were told it was due to running the gas line 25 ft further than originally expected. On April 6 we called the office to ask the plumber to return to see if a new location for the generator would be cheaper, and we were told by the Office Manager that he would return for another look. A month later, and with no plumber or progress, VA Electrical told us that they had no control over the contractor’s schedules and there was no timeframe for when any type of installation would begin. At this point it was almost a year after purchasing the generator, and due to the standstill with VA Electrical they delivered the generator to us. Now we have to find a contractor to install it. So far this has resulted in calling a dozen contractors, most of whom have a 4-8 month waiting period or are completely unavailable.
