Found out one of my outlets was smoked; had a lot of wires to it and I wanted a professional to evaluate and repair so that the house doesn’t go up in smoke! 5 Star operation over there. Left a message to make an appointment, got a call back within 30 minutes. Appointment was for the next day. They had a cancellalation and was able to come the same day. The technician who arrived (Andrew) was awesome. He was knowledgable, courteous, and conscious of time with regard to pricing. He let me know at every step that I could probably finish the next couple of steps my self and save some money. I am glad I took the time to do the research and found this company. The only place I will be going for my home electrical needs in the future. Thank you Cooper Electrical.

We installed two ceiling fans ourselves. The light on the ceiling fan that we installed wouldn’t work. Kristin and Andrew came out. They were a great team! Kristin took the switch cover off and discovered that our new fan/light required a LED light switch. They went out and got one, installed it and finished up all within an hour. They were very pleasant as well! I highly recommend Cooper Electric Service!

So they’ve never actually been to my house to repair anything yet but when I called to ask them to come out and fix an issue I was having the lady that answered walked me through fixing my issue when she could’ve easily just scheduled the repair and charged me a bunch of money… for that reason alone they will be the only company I call for electrical issues

This was my first time to use Cooper Electric and I was very pleased with their work. Besides the work they did I think David’s daughter made a new friend with my dog Beau. I would definitely recommend this company and if & when I need electrical work in the future Cooper Electric will be who I call.
