Jason did an amazing job He was very professional and explained me exactly what needed after he did a safety inspection and recommended me the best route to go with He cleaned the work area and I’m very happy and definitely recommend working with Jason at Mr. Electric

We had an electrical issue and made an appointment for Mr. Electric to come repair. Our technician , Edward Burton, was great. He found numerous issues, explained everything to us and made repairs the same day. We even upgraded to a whole house surge protector. We are very satisfied with our service and would recommend them .

Pretty impressed with everything. Had an electrical emergency that was beyond my knowledge to fix, they answered the phone on the first time and had a friendly & professio,nal tech named Austin (with another tech in tow) over by that afternoon. I appreciated their communications as the time window narrowed down and the attitude and thoroughness of the techs they sent over. Repair seemed a bit pricey but was worth it for the fast response, plus they stuck around and went the extra mile to do some preventative work to keep the emergency from recurring. I’d use this company again and gladly recommend them.

Mr. Electric was able to get me an appointment and fix my issue all in the same day. I feel that the price was also very fair. Mark (the technician) was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and why it needed to be done. Overall great experience, I will be going back to them for future jobs.

Needed additional plugs in garage which required me to install a larger breaker panel. Technician was John and he walked me through what was required to add the circuits I wanted, and gave me several options that would save me money. John was very knowledgeable and professional and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Job was completed ahead of schedule and there were no “surprise” extra costs like have happened to me in the past. Many thanks to John and Mr. Rooter.

Travis Dolan installed a 20amp circuit with receptacle in my garage for specialized equipment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and preparred. The company infrastructure confirmed appointments via email, text and a phone call letting me know the exact time they would arrive. I’m definitely calling them the next time I need an electrician.

I was having some issues with some electrical so I called Mr Electric. The answered the phone very promptly and were able to set up an appointment time within the next few hours. My technician named Rick what’s on time and very thorough with his explanations of the work needed to be completed. The work was completed in a very timely manner and Rick was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be recommending as well as using Mr Electric again in the future .
