Excellent response and service. Technicians provided quality work replacing an outdated three phase AC disconnect. Mark communicated with me throughout the process and was able to expedite the appointment when an earlier appointment became available. Highly recommend Lowry Electrical.

Responsive, cordial, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, prepared, reasonable. No surprises. After my long-time electrician retired and closed the business, I searched the web for a local provider and selected Lowry Electrical. I needed 240v service for a water heater. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, talked with estimator Mark, and exchanged info. We spoke again the next morning; we verified details and itemized cost. I accepted and the job was scheduled for the next morning on Friday. Electricians Jason and Justin arrived promptly, walked the job with me, reviewed the details that had been reviewed beforehand. The new circuit was tested, the site was cleaned and secured. The detailed invoice was paid, and I had power 1½ days after first contact. Lowry Electrical is now my go-to electrician provider. It’s a pleasure to do business with them.

I was disappointed the man came over today to check on fuses for lights not working while he was very nice he was not able to correct the issue and charged me $345 that seems to me to be unreasonably high

Called them on a Tuesday to have them install a line. They gave me an appointment for the following Monday. They called me the Friday before to say they would not honor the appointment on Monday and told me they wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks. If you need an electrician you can count on, keep looking.

Jason and his apprentice were great, not only did they explain my questions in a way that I could understand, they were very polite. They fixed my issue quickly and left the work site neater than they found it. Awesome.
