Needed my weatherhead inspected after Hurricane Beryl. Mr. Electric was able to send someone out with less than 24hr notice and the electrician arrived at the beginning of the time window.

My electric dryer had a wiring problem. I called a company which wanted $1500 for the repair. I thought it was too high so I called Mr. Electric for a second opinion. Before doing anything, the electrician tried to sell me $89 membership. After I turned it down, he said he was pretty sure by tightening the connections in the panel would solve the problem, for a modest $420. I agreed to it, which turned out to be a big mistake. He did not solve the problem. Only until that moment, he decided to check if the wire itself had a problem, which was the case. He then gave me a quote for over $3200 for replacing the wire. Since I already had a quote, I asked if he could lower the price. After some rebates, he managed to lower his quote to a little over to $2500. Note this quote did not include the $420 panel tightening charge. At that moment, I decided to called the first company which eventually fixed the wiring problem. I wasted $420 for nothing. Will never use Mr. Electric.

We have used Mr. Electric for all of our electrical needs for several years. They are quick, responsive and the quality of their work is exceptional! The most recent visit from Alberto was no exception. We had several issues with lighting in the house. Alberto was out first thing in the morning and promptly and efficiently resolved all of our issues, keeping us informed along the way about costs and process. We can’t thank him (or Mr. Electric) enough for all of the help.

Everything was amazing! Robert Untermeyer from Mister Electric reviewed all of the work I needed done and talked to me about safety codes. He added a surge protector to my AC unit outside plus installed 2 ceiling fans and installed some lights on my patio. He did an excellent job and I will definitely be recommending your company to others.
