Please stop wasting your time looking at other companies and GIVE BRIAN AND STEPHANY ALL YOUR BUSINESS! My lights in my house had been flickering on and off for a few days. Half the house went out of power fully today but went back on after I played with the breaker. AEP came and told me to call an electrician to replace my entire meter box. I called Primary Electrical Solutions and Stephany scheduled me for a quote. Then my power went out again and I was nervous because I did not think I could make the quote date. I called Stephany again and let her know, she was extremely concerned and sent Brian out right away even though it was almost after hours and BRIAN immediately contacted AEP to shut off power so he could replace the part in my meter box that had gone bad and literally saved me thousands of dollars in a whole panel replacement. I would also like to say that during this emergency, I had also called one of the more “reputable” five-star companies on Google and they did everything they could to dissuade me from having this electric company come out and help me even though they could not make it out today and my animals and I were without electricity. (I’m pretty sure they ran on some type of commission and knew they would lose business if PES was successful with my problem.) Brian knew exactly what to do and even explained it in a way where I could understand it. And I ultimately paid so little for such an important fix and he was so upfront and honest about all the charges I would incur from the get go. I am forever indebted. THANK YOU PES, Stephany and Brian!!!

I called and the owner scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. I was at home and no one showed up and no one called. After the appointment window was missed, they called to ask if they could try the same time the next day. No thank you. Keep your appointments or let one know beforehand if you won’t keep your commitments.

Brian came to our house to wire/install a new hallway light and to fix a dead outlet in our living room. He was extremely professional and friendly. He communicated with us effectively to see exactly what we wanted, gave us different options with his recommendations, and then got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business and we’ll be using them for any and all electrical jobs in the future.

They were here with an hour of calling them and even though it ended up not being an electrical problem for an electrician to fix it was a problem with AEP, our power company. The guy with primary electric that came out here was named Brian and once he realized it was an AEP issue he called them from my house for me had them out here within 10 minutes and even after he left he checked in with me to see how things were going and if they had restored our power yet.. I would say this company or at least this particular employee definitely goes above and beyond for customers I absolutely give them five stars

I want to thank Primary Electrical Solutions. They were quick about coming out to fix an electrical issue I was having. Michael and Steven were out here and took care of the issue. These two are very proficient and pin pointed the issue right away. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them for all your electrical work. David Trevino.
