I asked for an estimate for electrical service. Someone came out and looked. We talked and they said they would email me the estimate. It never came. I called three more times asking for an update on the estimate. Every time I was told someone would send it to me. I am still waiting. I have no idea how good a electrical contractor they are. I will never know.

Tim from Templeton Electric came out today to look at a commercial lighting issue we were having. We’d had a couple of other “electricians” look at it previously that left us with little confidence. He evaluated the situation quickly, offered suggestions on the repair, and promised to send a bid by the end of the day. I was struck by his courtesy, professionalism, and the rarest quality in the trades these days…HONESTY. Thank you Tim & Templeton…we’ve got you programmed in now and will call again.

Tim came out to hang some light fixtures in our bathroom. First of all, he was extremely professional and the friendliest electrician to come do work at our home. Fast and quality work. Will be making him our in-home, go-to electrician from now on.

FINALLY! We have sought an electric company to help us finish an addition to our home for some time and finally found a company that communicates, **arrives the day and time agreed to**, plus has reasonable prices for their services. Timothy has the heart of a teacher which equates into this non-mechanical home owner asking many questions which were all taken seriously and greeted with information, options and answers. Our project was worked on with no music, no cussing, and no dawdling. EXCELLENT communication and a super friendly receptionist that really represented Templeton Electric Co with such energy and kindness and a willingness to help. We are so excited to have FINALLY found “our” electric company.

I needed an electrician to come to my office, my boss tasked me with finding somebody. I called these guys and Rusty was incredibly helpful over the phone, he got somebody out the very next day! When other companies had told me it would be several weeks. They came out, did the work and were incredibly personable and all around pleasant people. I will not be using any other company in the future. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I’m am so impressed with this company. Their availability was just what I needed, very responsive, prompt, explained everything to me. They were upfront about the work and cost, no frills, which I super appreciate, as I didn’t feel like they were trying to “sell” to me. I sought Templeton out after having a horrid experience with another company in the Temple area. They have since completed 2 jobs for me. I couldn’t be happier. I would suggest them to anyone!
