Hey Everyone, do not use this place. It is a clearing house for services. That charge you $140.00, to join. Then they assign someone to your account. You don’t know who or what you will get…. Go to a family owned, proven business that will back up their work. …. All I needed was 2 new breakers. Randall was assigned to me, and he canceled on the first appointment. That was a clue. When he finally came, he said that I needed 2 new breakers, but he would have to order them. He said the whole thing would cost $300. I paid him. … when he came back, he said that I would have to pay $100 extra because the price for the breakers was more than he thought. Then he put them in backwards and tried to tell me that it didn’t work because my ground wire was shorting out and I would have to replace it for $3000. I balked, and he came down to $1300. My father is a retired electrician and thru photos I sent him he noticed that Randall had put them backwards. I asked Randall, and he acknowledged that he accidentally put them in backwards and would for sure come out “today” and switch them. This is where it gets crazy, he did not come. I begged him for weeks and he kept promising to come “today” and never did. I have one month of texts with him saying he would come, and never did. What a liar, what a crook. He should be ashamed!! He tried to screw me and when called out on it, was so ashamed that he would not show his face. What jerk!! So, for $540.00 I got nothing. I had to call a reputable company for proper, honest service!! Now, let’s see if this company will offer me a refund?? I will let you know… John Keayes.

I was very impressed by their excellent service. Adani Electrical Services Bellaire installed a new breaker box in my home and I appreciate their hard work. The technicians provided excellent customer service. They were very informative, thorough and appeared to really enjoy their job. Out of the 4 bids I received, they gave me the best one. I would definitely recommend Eastpointe Electrical Services. They are the best!
