a year agoApparently it depends on who you get. This company has subcontractors, I would not have called them if I knew that. The elderly gentleman they sent out here obviously could not handle my problem. The only thing he did for me was call Centerpoint, then he was arguing with them about their equipment. He left before Centerpoint finished disconnecting the broken wires. No quote, no estimate, no indication as to what or when he would do anything. I called Lambert that night. No callback from them, no contact the next day. I called the electrician and he said, I was just working on what needs to be done, and that he had even called a master electrician. I was thinking, apparently that is what I need to do. He said he would get back with me. I have been 5 days with no AC or internet, and no power in most of my outlets and lights. They charged me $139 for nothing, and I still need this work done. They definitely did not meet my need.

a year agoWe called them Thursday afternoon and were told they would come between 9:00 and noon the next day (Friday). They called Friday at noon and said they could not come before Tuesday. No excuses. Just “sorry”.

2 years agoThese guys were great. I hired them to reconnect power to my detached garage and troubleshoot a flood light. The garage part was easy, once I dug the trench from the house to bury the line for it. The part I appreciate most is that they spent time trying to figure out what was wrong with the flood light. Once we settled on the fact that the line to it was stolen for our kitchen during a renovation, they figured out a way to reconnect it without cutting through walls again. Not the perfect solution, but I’m happy they thought of it, and I’m bringing them back to finish that part. They also replied, were available, and followed through faster than 3 other electricians I reached out to.

3 years agoMichael was brilliant and the company was transparent and professional on pricing, service interruptions, and general process. Additionally because half the household is working from home we needed to minimize internet downtime, and these folks brought in a generator and had us able to continue to working while upgrading the service from 100 to 200 amp. Will definitely be calling for our next project
