Free estimate for my commercial site (my retail business), responsive, and scheduled quickly. Made adjustments onsite, delivered timely updates, and arrived on time. All the things you want in a contractor (and unfortunately don’t often get). I like working with people that treat me the way I treat my customers. And – don’t want to leave out the names of the people that delivered this customer experience – kudos to Andrew and Roger for the work and Efren for the estimate. These guys get it. Hire them. Terrapin came to the rescue once again! And over the 4th of July holiday weekend! Electricity went out in most of my house. A/C and refrigerator, included, of course! Can’t thank Andrew enough for taking part of his day off to quickly come troubleshoot/fix my outside fuse box. Explained what was going on and made a couple recommendations for me to consider so I don’t have the same problem in the future.👍👍

Justin came and changed out a GFCI at my rental property today, Nov 7, 2023. He was very professional and explained the problem and solution. I really appreciate someone who is reliable, responsible and has good customer service and business ethics. This is my 2nd time using Terrapin and both experiences, with 2 different techs, were exceptional! Justin had just left and my tenant said she forgot to tell him about some loose wires. Out of kindness and safety concerns Justin came back and resolved the problem. My tenant and I are very thankful for his time and concern and highly recommend Justin!!! My first experience with Terrapin.: Josue was amazing. I had a tricky problem with certain lights not working in my kitchen. Another electrician completely misdiagnosed the problem, replaced some breakers (the wrong ones) and charged me for not fixing the problem. He then said I’d need to replace my whole fuse box. Josue trouble shooted and fixed the problem in a very short time and the issue was minor and the cost to fix it reasonable. I did not need a new fuse box. I will be only calling Terrapin and Josue from now on. He knows what he’s doing, which is getting to be rare these days. Eileen
