Eduardo was prompt and thoughtful in dealing with a problem related to the use of GFCI circuit breakers in older household circuits. The cause of circuit death in this situation is not easily diagnosed, inasmuch as the GCFI circuit breaker can trip, even if the amperage load on the circuit is trivial. Anyway, he guided me through a cost-effective solution that did not entail a lot of new circuitry, which circuitry would have been a defensible recommendation and a very profitable work order for his company.

We had a portable generator plug and whole house surge protector installed. Eduard( I hope I got that right) came out and gave us an estimate and started as soon as the parts came in. He made sure we understood everything including staying late on a Friday night. I would hire them again since they were so quick and professional.

I recommend Copperhead. I got an estimate and hired them to install a transfer switch to allow me to use a generator if I lose power. (Which happens too often with Austin Energy) They are knowledgeable, personable, and more importantly, they follow through with what they say they will do. They keep you updated and informed throughout the process. There were some issues with parts and some changes that needed to be made, but they were quick to let me know and explain my options. Eduardo, Geraldo, and Alfonso are straight up good guys, hard workers, out making a living. I will use them again.

Copperhead Electrical install electrical for my new Hot tub. I was under a time crush with Thanksgiving in few days. I wanted my family to enjoy the Hot Tub. Copperhead came through in the clutch! They were very professional and did impeccable job! Highly recommend this business!

They did a great job! They were quick coming out to give an estimate and were available the next week to do the installation. I had 5 light fixtures and it only took them a couple of hours. They cleaned up well and took away the old fixtures too. Would hire again.
