Best service ever!!!!! Call center i cant say they were the nicest to deal with. My whole house was backed up, all tubs, shower and toilets leaking out also. The call center woman gave me such a hard time, saying it wasn’t an emergency and demanded I flush a toilet and create an EVEN bigger mess to prove the whole house was plugged even after i told her it was. I was upset at her for treating me like it wasnt a big deal and could wait. My whole master bathroom was flooded into the walls. Anyway, once she finally agreed to send someone, Ronnie came and he was here FAST. Like 30-40 minutes. He was so kind and patient. As if it weren’t 1am, you’d think it was 1pm by how upbeat he was! He got right to work, and found out for us it was something plugged in the septic. And he felt so bad about not being able to get it fixed. By then my husband pulled up and Ronnie stayed and talked to us offered all the ideas and info he had. We just appreciate him so much!!!! And thanks to him we had the info we needed to speed up the process and get the problem fixed the NEXT day. Even on a Saturday. By noon we had everything draining! If he hadn’t come we would probably still be trying to figure it out! Many thanks yall! Will definitely be calling yall in the future!!!

The ScottCo guys are always the helpful and most friendly! They are always willing to take a few minutes to explain what had to be done to fix our generator. We appreciate that they will come to Stratford.
