Millwood Remodeling a month agoI worked with Ryan, Graham, and Ed to help renovate my condo. The following work was done: -Install hand rail for the loft -Paint and repair walls -Replace floors and carpet -Rebuild Fireplace and mount tv -Run power to the ceiling and install fans in the 2nd bedroom The project took about a month and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The workmanship was spot on and the team was able to adjust the project to my expectations. I highly recommend working with Millwood for home renovation.

His work is top notch and he is also a very kind person to work with. I loved that he updated us on our kitchen renovation every step of the way and any issues that came up, he quickly addressed. He took responsibility for all of the work and I could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure we loved our new kitchen. Definitely hire Justin as your contractor, you will be so happy with the entire process and also the end result! Thank you for our beautiful kitchen, Justin!

Collin Bryan Construction a month agoWe began a venture with Collin Bryan Construction in February, 2024, paying him $10,682 for hand demolition of a small swimming pool at our zero lot line home. He was then to replace the pool with a putting green, another $10K – a contract we did NOT sign … We have saved texts proving we begged him to return phone calls, show up for promised appointments, or communicate at all – his office receptionist (Andrea) lied for him, then ignored all messages. He FAILED Frisco inspections; my husband saved him from failing one by capping off electrical from previous equipment; “Fidel”, a subcontracor, admitted he didn’t know how to do it. In the end, upon reading CB’s last response, (four days after I sent), he also made his last “promise”. We chose one of three quotes to repair CB’s poor work, and to design the putting green; the average cost from the three included a partial cost of $4K, just to correct the improper implosion and dirt fill; none of the three would warranty their own work until repairs were made. The Frisco building inspector and the three professional turf companies, all questioned the ground prep and how it was done (see photo). Note: Collin Bryan has a negative history with the BBB.
