They were great! I had a previous electrician start the work for the electrical for my hot tub and they did the work wrong. Discount Electric was able to come out fix what was wrong and did so professionally and on time. The guys made sure I knew what was going on throughout the day as they worked. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Discount Electric to get my riser repaired. I had an appointment for March 4th to get the quote. No call no show until after myappointmentt. Received a call claiming an emergency that kept them from making it to my appointment Scheduledfor the next day. David showed up gave me the quote and asked for half as down payment. Paid and scheduled the work for March 21st. March 21st came and no call no show again. First excuse was a death in the family, then claimed he couldn’t reach anyone at MTEMC to schedule the disconnect, I called MTEMC and they had no records of any attempts to schedule anything for my account. Too many excuses and i had to initiate all contact and threaten legal action to get my deposit back. DO NOT USE!

As time has passed and a couple of the employees quit or got fired, they called me to let me know of the bad and incomplete work I received. I cant check because I am disabled and cant climb into my attic or crawlspace. Beware of these cheers, thieves, and liars !!

They came out for an estimate and before they came out again for the work, the builder’s electrician came out and said the estimate they quoted $650 for adding 4 outlets was way too high. I still used them because as promise is a promise. The 4 added outlets work fine, however, one of their electricians came out made a mess and did not clean up. After they left, I found there was a hole on the wall next to one of the new outlets. I called the owner and the owner blamed the wall having that hole initially and refused to send someone to come back and patch it. The electrician never brought it to my attention when he was there, I never saw the hole until the outlet was added to the wall. Their charges were high, they don’t clean up the mess after the works are done, and they did not want to come out to fix the hole. I ended up learning how to patch a hole from youtube. I will not use them again because for the price I paid, I am not happy with how I was treated.

We recently moved into a new house and have been slowly replacing all of the light fixtures. Discount Electric was amazing! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, were available to come the next day, and honored their quote even when the job was a little harder than they expected. I will be using them for the rest of my electrical needs!

These gentlemen was always very polite. They always showed up when they said they would. And they do excellent work. Some of the best electrical work I’ve ever had done. They are a step above most companies, and they want to be. That makes a difference.
