Parked in a handicap spot in a work vehicle.. Why is this okay? Was still there when i left the store after 20 minutes

I was considering a home for purchase and had A&F come out for a free estimate on the electrical work needed. Unlike a previous estimate, A&F didn’t do a 10 min once-over. They spent an hour and 15 min hunting down the problems and explaining the ins and outs costs, fire hazards, and code issues. As someone who knows 0 about electrical work, the information I got was clear and invaluable.

Real story. One electric part was burned out. Called them, first day, one person found the part was burned out, I was told they could not find replaced part, and need to make a new ones, the person took about one hour and could not make a new parts. Second day, I was told they found the part, and they came and changed it for less 30 min. They asked $400, and finally paid $360 cash without recipe and warranty. Poor service, unreasonable charge. Will not use it again.
