VERY satisfied with this service. Answered the phone the first try. Only had to explain over the phone what I needed. Was told an install day and it was done on that day for less than I would have imagined. All of that doesn’t seem to happen much anymore!

Contacted Rich on a Sunday via website, he got back to me within hours and had openings available as soon as Monday. Tech Chris and one other gentleman came out, checked all of our concerns thoroughly, provided all information concisely and were very professional. Great value, great service. Would use again!!

They team called about an hour early and asked if they can come by at that time. Of course, I said it was OK. Two guys came and I explained what I needed and they were very professional about the situation. Gave me a reasonable estimated price and time to have it fixed. I approved the work, and they had to dig a small trench, disconnect both ends of the contacts to bury another “outside” wire and reconnect them. Found that the GCFI was worn out, and replaced it as part of their fee. I would definitely use them again for any other electrical maintenance I needed. Thanks to all of you, Mike K.
