Nathan and Trace came to clean our ductwork today and were very professional and knowledgeable. They are very pleasant young men and very polite . They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was finished. We would highly recommend them both!!

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I was fully prepared to do business with them by signing a maintenance contract for my HVAC unit, but instead of sending out someone for maintenance they sent someone out for a diagnostic. For whatever reason the man that came out stated that he couldn’t do a maintenance and that the office would have to take care of switching it to a maintenance plan. HE DID NOT TOUCH MY SYSTEM. He spoke with me for a total of 5 minutes, maybe 10. Then, we get a bill for a maintenance contract AND a “service fee” for a diagnostic. They corrected that and took off the service fee (mind you-there was no services rendered in the first place). I went to go pay the invoice online like they stated I could and the system would not work. A few days later I get a text “reminding” me of my balance, which again included the service fee. I was so frustrated and this confusion was just too much-I no longer wanted to do business with this company. So, I called and they stated they would cancel the maintenance contract and let billing know. I have now received a $149 bill for services that were never rendered. Let me reiterate: I called and asked for routine maintenance to be completed on my AC unit, they set an appointment for a few days later. Guy shows up, states he can’t do a maintenance and the office will switch it because he was sent out for a diagnostic and can’t do that himself. They sent out the wrong person for the service I requested, never provided any service whatsoever, and are now trying to charge me for a “diagnostic” absolutely abhorrent business practices. Such a shame, I was fully prepared to give them my business, but they have lost my business.
