Winslow Design Studio & Custom Homes 7 months agoWonderful team at Winslow Design. It was blind luck that we stopped in for questions about a shower leak. After insurance inspection, the job turned into major project replaced master bath, whole house floor + kitchen. (Richard was most helpful in dealing with the insurance company.) We could not believe the process was trouble free ( except for the insurance company). But Richard was there to help! My wife and I were often away but Roger ( the team coordinator) + Tatiana (designer) handled everything including the packing and move out while we were away. His carpenters even hung back wall paintings and pictures over newly painted walls. Any question or issue not only had a response the same day, but was almost always remediated the next day by Richard Winslow or one of his team. The house is beautiful and perfect having been totally redone. We can recommend Winslow design without reservation.

He HAS NOT PAYED ME FOR A JOB THAT HAS BEEN DONE and a lean on this job is coming for this company. I will make sure the client knows about this lean. The roof for me, “LUNA ROOFING “ IS THE JOB WE DID FOR YOU IS WHAT I TALK ABOUT IN CASE YOU WERE DOUBTING

Team Construction, inc. 6 years agoBeware of this unethical & unprofessional contractor! If you sign a contract with them, it only binds you, not them. Two weeks before work was to begin, they backed out of the signed contract we had with them. Hardly ethical! Must have had a good reason, you say? Ha! First, they sent an email saying they would not honor the contract. When pressed for a reason, they (1) hid behind an email (hardly professional), and (2) said we were hyper-demanding & rude to their receptionist. Truth is this: we telephoned twice to nail down logistics regarding the work to be done. No one returned our call, so on the third call, we told the receptionist that we were not happy that no one returned our calls. Rude? Ha! Hyper-demanding? Ha! Contacts on the island have told us this company accepted a more lucrative contract for the same time period, and that they have done this kind of thing before. Bad, bad business! Contract with them at your own risk!!

Sandcastle Constructors a year agoVery very slow. Inability to complete a project timely. Missing deadline after deadline. If you want your project done on time this is not the contractor for you.
