It was a challenge initially to get ahold of someone but once I did the team was exceptional. Joann was quick to help me set up an appointment. Her customer service is wonderful. The technicians, Anthony and Steve, were efficient, kind, and professional. I am extremely appreciative that they came out to fix the electrical issue I had.

Does anyone answer calls during business hours or return messages? We’ve been trying to get warranty work for 2 weeks now and have left 5 messages. Ridiculous.

Not a good company to work for the site manager not to be trusted The toilet clog the water smells like sewer and fridge, microwave or water ( Anyone applying for warehouse RUN)

On my way home driving down the road a white truck pulls up actual inches from the back of my car and I slow down to allow him to go by. After not going around, for quite sometime, he decides to pass me nearly hitting the front of my truck and running me off the road. Also flipping me off while he nearly hits me for what reason? Here is a picture of that truck. It’s reckless and unacceptable. Could put me, families and children in danger for no reason. Very unprofessional driver.

Company did the wiring for my new home. Not even 6 months later, I have no power in my home and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. So now my family and I sit in the sweltering heat in South Carolina, while this company Twitter twiddles its thumbs

The interview was great. Loved how the company and culture is a solid. To hear about the growth potential was amazing. After listening to the CEO, I was amazed at the personal touch he puts forth to make sure the employees feel like family. Overall, it was nice to know that a company cares about their employees. I wish the best as the company transitions into a new era. The best is yet to come.

I am editing my review after a much better conversation with I believe the site manager in Charleston. Long story short my original conversation was answered by a woman who is most likely new and wasn’t able to help my issue but after getting a number of someone who was more understanding of my issue I was able to get my problem resolved and have an appointment scheduled for this week for my problems to be fixed. Thank you for your quick response below to Palmetto residential services and also to the site manager here in Charleston!

I called 3 times just to get the initial appointment. I decided to go with Palmetto because they wired my new house hired by the builder. After finally getting someone to come out, the tech didn’t know what kind of plug I wanted when I told him what it was and showed him a picture for a 240v outlet with locking plug. I also wanted a small power meter installed and he had no idea how to do it. He said he would have to reschedule and someone would get back with me to follow up. Nobody ever called me back so I called Mister Sparky and they took care of it next day on the same day the tech arrived within an hour. So overall, the tech was not knowledgeable and the appointment scheduler failed to get back with me so no service was done.
