Our salesman David was very helpful annd informative. Helped us make our decisions on this expensive project. Project was completed ahead of the original scheduled date which made us very happy. Super professional salesmanship and professional installation. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Selectric for your Generac purchase and installation. 👍

The technician had some unexpected issues with the annual maintenance. The service manager called me and said he needed to bring in another technician to help and would try to get the repair completed by the next day or NLT the following week. He called me back and said that he was rearranging the technician schedules and would send them out immediately. The guys arrived as promised and work hard until 6:30 pm in the hot weather to get our generator functional. This was the day before July 4th. Great customer service. Thanks

Delivered as promised and great group of guys doing the install. Took as much time as I needed to familiarize me with the system. The follow up call from management was sincere and informative. Can’t imagine getting better complete package of sales and service anywhere else.
