I was very disappointed with the estimate we received for replacing our breaker box. The man came out and talked to my fiancée about replacing the box and gave her an estimate of 8200$ and wouldn’t leave until he received an answer if she wanted the work done. She felt pressured. I felt this price was really high so we got someone else to do the work and they did a great job for 2200$. Seems like this guy was trying to rip someone off.

I was impressed with Thomas Edison Electric from the friendly professional who assisted me with securing an appointment, the individual who provided confirmation and follow-up, to the electrician who assessed and serviced our unit. With each contact, I realized I had hit the generator service jackpot. The electrician was personable, professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering the numerous questions that asked. It is not often that one encounters this level of service throughout the entire process. I expect to have our generator serviced and maintained by none other than Thomas Edison Electric for years to come.

I have so many compliments to say about this company that I hope I don’t run out of space. This company is one of the finest I have ever dealt with and with every step of the process they kept you informed and initially they evaluated what we needed and provided a detailed estimate. They actually suggested something we never heard of, and we chose their method, and we are so pleased we did. Our electrician Kyle was beyond belief and was so knowledgeable, professional and extremely clean and neat. He is a huge asset to this company. If we ever needed any type of service, they would be my first call. I live in a 55+ community and I will have their name added to our community list of contractors so others can benefit from using them & also ask for Kyle and hope he is available but if not, I am certain that every employee would provide the same skill set and professionalism that we received. Lastly their communications with the customer from beginning to end is 200%. Each person I spoke with was nicer than the one before. We have absolute zero complaints to report and nothing but Kudos and accolades! I wish them continued success because they deserve it.

Michael came in my house and he was just wonderful. I mean once Thomas Edison come through your door just close your eyes cause you know once they finish everything is it’s just gonna be perfect.
