Over the past couple of weeks, our dishwasher would not drain the water that was used. We called HL Bowman to repair it. What was a simple fix became a rare situation that doesn’t often happen on a dishwasher. After making a more thorough search to figure out why our dishwasher was still leaking, Stefan Idzakovic was able to determine the main cause of the leakage. He found the part that was needed and made our household his main priority to get the dishwasher fixed. He has been a true professional and his dedication to fix the problem is greatly appreciated!

We are very pleased with the our entire HL Bowman experience. What started out as flickering lights ended up being a hazardous situation in our breaker box. Not only did we receive same-day service to investigate the problem, but we had a brand new, perfectly installed breaker box the very next day. First, we want to thank Devin for diagnosing our problem and finding a way for us to safely maintain power over night until the technician could come the next morning. (Much appreciated during a heat wave!) The technician, Adam, arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He explained everything well, made suggestions with no pressure, and completed the installation beautifully. We recommend HL Bowman Inc. to anyone who wants to deal with real professionals and a job well done! Thank you!

Shout out to Brandon Finney at HL Bowman (Harrisburg). He and his team did an amazing job setting up our new outside and inside AC unit. Not only that it was quick, but this is also the definition of “DONE RIGHT.” After the installation, he completed all of the necessary checks to assure that the new unit is good to survive the next several weeks of brutal heat. He gave me a run down of the new Nest thermostat and were eager to answer any questions. Just like any of the pros that HL Bowman has ever sent to our home, they are a 5/5 every time. From technical skills to personality.
