Anthony and his associate were very professional and friendly. They explained in detail my options and did not pressure me into any particular option. They brought something to my attention that was an issue resulting from a heater install I recently had and gave me the specifications so I could relay this to the heater technician. They also gave me a quote and completed the service on the same day which I appreciated! Anjali who handled the scheduling was very kind and attentive with getting me scheduled which started things on the right foot. You can tell they care about the service they are providing. Thank you for all your help!!

Service was great, polite, nice, hardworking, clean and trustworthy. They responded super quickly. I would recommend them to anyone from those perspectives. They did a safety check which was good, but was as much about safety for me as finding opportunities for more work for them. Win-win, I guess: Gave me an estimate of some harder work while here – it took a lot of crawling around in dark places and I appreciated the effort. Overall the experience was very good. It seemed a bit pricey – but I didn’t take the time to get other bids and I could be wrong as it’s been a while since I’ve had an electrician here. I will take safety and exceptional service over price, any day, though.

Brad really came through for me! We had a partial power loss and were running on generator. Peco said our power was fine. Brad showed up within an hour of calling him and diagnosed and fixed it within 10 minutes. He’s also a super nice and interesting guy. Highly recommend!

VERY well run business. Who likes spending money for plumbers and electricians? Nobody. But you will not get anyone better than these guys. They are top notch professional. I knew I was in good hands immediately. Their work is so spot on. They did extensive work on 15 outlets; worked the circuit panel and installed a wall sconce and when they left — like little elves — you would have never known anyone was ever there. This is 5-star service. I didn’t get price quotes from other people so I don’t have anything to compare it with but I knew from my Consultation that I was with experts.

Anthony and Ralph from Brad Brown Electric did an excellent job. They emphasize safety and think ahead to future needs instead of just bandaiding issues. Thorough explanations and recommendations helped a lot for first time home owners. And they didn’t leave a trace behind, home was cleaner than when they started!

Had a Level 2 electric charger installed – very professional and did a great job explaining work and reasons for quote. It won’t be the least expensive option out there in my estimation but the install – from expanding panel to running cable and installing charger outdoors – was done to code and high standards – worth every penny. Work was done same day and house was left spotless.
