I found them to be first and foremost ACCESSIBLE… I can another company scheduled to come out originally but I could never reach a person. So I decided to cancel them and call Maitz. The rep was super nice on the phone and explained the process fully. Once the tech arrived, he was prompt, knowledgeable and explained his process and possible next steps thoroughly. We were very happy with their service and highly recommend them .

I didn’t have a go-to HVAC company. So when my A/C unit broke on one of the hottest days of the year, I thought it would take days to get service. I was delightfully wrong. Matt from Maitz was at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. He provided stellar, top-notch service and the unit was fixed within an hour. Great job Matt and the entire Maitz team. Happy to report, I now have a go-to HVAC partner.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. My air conditioner went down and I was able to get an appt on the next business day. The tech (Audie) was awesome – quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and also took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. This was my first experience with Maitz (they were recommended by a neighbor) and I am now a happy customer.

My Hvac died right in the middle of the current heat wave they had a technician out right away but unfortunately my 10 year old system was done within three days my new system was in and running perfectly. I have used them before for replacing the water heater and AC system. This call was for a clogged kitchen drain and replacing the insinkerator. The tech explained everything and did a great job in fixing the issues.
