This is mainly because I made an appointment and they never showed up. The technician said he tried to call me but I have 0 missed calls/ messages/ emails. He ended up rebooking for a completely different guy than me who made the appointment in the first place. Went over my head and never communicated with me again. I get the feeling they don’t like to work with women? it comes down to me making an appointment, them lying that they tried to reach out to me, not showing up on the day I scheduled. And never communicated with. But the guy next to me was serviced no problem. They seem to have great communication.

Jeremy, Scott and Mike were all fantastic to deal with. Service is extremely prompt, project assessment was free, and their availability meant that my electrical needs were completed in less than a week from first contact. They have a positive can-do attitude and were really efficient in the execution of the job. It turned out to be a little simpler than first thought, so my bill was half of what was originally quoted. I will definitely return to this company for my plumbing needs in the near future and recommend them to anyone who wants a no-nonsense , professional and friendly team.

I used Greenbox for their plumbing services. They replaced a drain pipe and a standpipe for a washer. Greenbox is great! They’re easy to work with, very affordable, and do the work well. Not sure what more you could ask for.

I dreaded contacting an electrician to do some necessary work on my condo before I sell it. It was a pleasure to work with Green Box from the initial contact with Tim through the two service calls by Mike. It completely removed the stress from the situation for me. Pricing was upfront and fair, the work was quick and efficient, and they scheduled the service as soon as possible. I’m moving into a new home and I feel much better knowing that Green Box will be there if I need service. Their website expresses their business philosophy, and they truly work to that standard. Highly recommended. Later: I had a garbage disposal installed by a Green Box plumber, Shae. He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, was friendly, helpful and informative. I’m very happy with services from Green Box.

They were pleasant scheduling someone to fix a baseboard heater. Technician came the next day. Prompt and even early. Very professional. Just fixed today. Happy so far and would recommend.

I called these guys after a wire broke in my outlet and almost caused a fire. They were really professional, and a good price. They didn’t try to push for unnecessary repairs. Had them out a second time for some more work as well. I got a few other quotes and these guys were about half the average price. Definitely worth it.
