Yesterday our well pump wouldn’t kick on and we were out of water! Talk about the anxiety of not having water in 100° heat and having 9 horses! Within an hour of talking to Corey there was a tech on site who got us water in no time!

They came out for an estimate and took some photos. I was told they would work up an estimate. That was in May, it’s now September! Never called back.

Love my local electricians and HVAC folks from Pendleton Electric. They’re timely, efficient, and courteous at reasonable rates. Harley in the office is a pleasure getting my units scheduled for work, whether it is an emergency or routine work.

Do not recommend. A job that was estimated to be finished in one day ended up taking almost 4 months. The office has terrible communication skills with customers as well as their electricians and forget getting any permits in a timely matter. The electricians are incompetent. We needed a power pole placed, they put up a 90 day temporary pole that would not pass inspection. After getting the type of pole cleared up (thanks to me being in contact with pacific power and doing all the work for them) they placed it in the wrong spot. TWICE! And this is after being in contact with pacific power, having pictures provided, and a flag being placed for them on the ground. My contact at pacific power was honestly shocked and had never worked with an electrical company that was so chaotic and unorganized. She urged us to hire someone else. To top it off, I received the bill for it 3 months after the job was completed, with my forged signature saying I was a satisfied customer. After expressing my disappointment, they promptly met and explained to me why most of all of this was pacific power company’s issue and never accepted any fault on their part. They offered me a $500 discount which is honestly laughable considering all the wasted time, revenue, and stress involved. Pendelton electric is a joke and an absolute nightmare to work with. They cost me almost 4 months of revenue. Dont be me, hire someone else.

Corey and the team are the best!! They first did an amazing job replacing our furnace and air conditioning unit then they identified a potential dangerous situation with our electrical panel. They immediately had our power shut off and immediately replaced our panel. Once the work was done Corey came back to make sure the power company had everything turned back on. Above and beyond great service. As my husband and I just moved to Pendleton we are so happy to have a great Company to rely on.
