The work was Completed. However I had a dispute about the final bill . They charge hourly , (in their interpretation it’s when they leave the office to when they leave the house). However when the electrician arrived he had forgotten a few things and had to leave then come back a couple times. This left a questionable excess of time that they charged me. I disputed it but they ignored me.

I called PEC three times over three days this week, and spoke with three different people, including the Service Manager for about 20 minutes. One of my home circuit breakers is sparking and I have no power to the back bedroom in my home. Not a single person called back to schedule an appointment. They have completely ignored me and my request for work. They claim to have a 4.6 rating with this review service, but I can’t believe how. They get ZERO from me, and I will take my business and CASH elsewhere. Not a good business plan.

Called a couple days ago and was told the soonest they had was a weekish out. Then the next morning got a message saying they could squeeze me in the next day. Between the flexibility to get an electrician in so quickly and how speedy and professional Elijiah’s workmanship has been. I’m incredibly pleased and highly recommend their services. He added in a dedicated circuit for our recently purchased garage refrigerator and fished a couple data lines down that I didn’t have the tools or time to do that part of the job myself.

Called and received sameday service, a “squeeze in” by the service manager, Bill and it was so appreciated! He was very knowledgeable and it was also a great learning experience. I would highly recommend them.
