I bought a house from the 1930s and wanted to make sure my winring was safe and after having trouble with other electricians I was pleasantly surprised when Quality Electric went right up into my attic and replaced my old wiring. They also did a number of other projects for me including properly wiring my kitchen and bathroom while being extremely helpful in getting it laid out the way I wanted. Price was also incredibly reasonable without any surprises.

My stand-by generator didn’t properly kick in during a recent power outage.🤬 Matt from Quality Electric was out in a few hours, completely went through and tested the entire system; and quickly located and fixed the problem.😁 I just received the bill and it was extremely reasonable!😃 Thanks for everything Matt and QE!!👍🏻

Had them do some work for a sale of a house. They responded in a very timely fashion. Price was very reasonable and work was accomplished so the sale of the house could go through with push closing date out. Thank you

Great service quick response done on time. As far as price? The other company I contacted still hasn’t got back with quote. 3 mos. now. Sometimes you get what you pay for. As far as being a former contractor, I wouldn’t use them. I believe in letting your yes b be yes, keeping your word.

My whole house was ground at plugs now they are not. I’m trying to get them repair it. There technician said there nothing they can due. They are wanting to install gfci switches. This is still not solving issue. There trying blame my side. It was working fine till up grade. They also left it bonded to water line. I have changed boxes before and had other companies they never leave it ground to water line. It’s sad because my dad recommended them. If they decide to repair I’ll change my review. My house was inspected before the change it showed clear on ground plugs. Before and after pics. Green is ground these pics was before box exchange red is not ground it’s after exchange.

The guys were great and professional. Nice as could be. But make sure you get cost ahead of project before you let them start. Exspensive as all get out. But I paid.

In the week before the long weekend for New Year’s Day, I had an electrical problem that caused my fridge to go out and my upright freezer to die (it was 29 years old). I called around, but most electrical shops were not ringing (just clicking off) or not accepting new customers. Shaffer’s could make an appointment but not until Jan. 20. Quality Electric said they would put me on a list for cancellations. True to their word, they called me on Jan. 3 and asked if they could send someone right away. Of course, I said “yes.” Chris and Cole showed up about 30 minutes later (2 electricians for the price of one). They soon isolated the problem as being the outlet for the fridge. He showed me the outlet, which had places that looked like black tar. I was surprised since I thought it had to do with the GFCI outlet outside. They replaced that fridge outlet and I also had them replace the one for the upright freezer. They were done in an hour and were very nice. $129 per hour plus parts.
