Had generator installed and soon after several gas leaks were identified by the gas meter where the gas lines and regulator were placed outside the house. We smelled gas and gas co turned gas off and capped it in the middle of 20 degree weather. We had to get a plumber to fix the leaks on a Sunday ($850). Plummer stated that too many connections were in the system from the generator instillation. Fast forward to this month and as we get home inspection to sell our home the inspector found multiple gas leaks on the gas plumbing in our basement and gas was turned off by the inspector. These leaks were all in the plumbing to the generator! Contacted Faith electric and was referred to their plumbing contractor who was rude and said he was too busy to address the problem we would need to call another plumber. Also stated that “it was not his problem”. Plumber from Hull Plumbing was called and indicated the gas plumbing was done incorrectly and had to redo the inside plumbing that was done by the generator plumber.( Cost $1000) Total cost $1800 above the generator and instillation. Now 3 calls to Faith Electric to speak with someone in instillation to see if any reimbursement is possible or at the very least to tell them to change their plumbing contractor but no return calls after speaking with a person each time. Buyer Beware!! 1)Are there other gas leaks that we do not know about? These inside leaks could I suspect have been disastrous for us as we have a gas dryer and furnace and water heater next to these leaks!! Look for other options if instillation and customer service is important to you.

The head guy stayed in his vehicle on his phone the whole time they were here. The poor young man who was suppose to be learning from that man didn’t know what he was doing Why? Because there was no one teaching him. The electricians we had check Faith’s work after the house was built, said our huge, very expensive home was a week or so from burning down because of the mistakes they made. I don’t like anything or anybody that wears their religion on their sleeve. That is Faith!!!

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job. After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process. I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for! He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back! This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight. Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
