Just spent over 10,000 to get a new system in Dec. IT WENT OUT AFTER 8 MONTHS, we called to set up an appointment, they NEVER told us the tech would call before he came out. SO HE NEVER CAME, When we called back Melody who answered the phone basically said it was our fault and too bad we would have to reschedule. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. given the choice if this is how they treat you after USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Our hot water heater was over thirty years and he brought everything up to code. Robert was courteous, respectful, personable and professional.
