The technician was very polite and efficient. He checked out my generator that was acting up when it was do so cold. Said everything was good. To call again if I had any more issues. And yes I will call if I need something else repaired or installed. 7/5/24 Had an issue with bedroom lights; had Good’s Electric send a technician out to check things over. He explained what he was doing and looking for which all was good. Also had him service my generator. Thank you for going everything so thoroughly. As always very friendly and even greeted Toby my partner in crime (he’s a toy poodle).

Our contact, Peter, did an exceptional job of presenting and explaining heating options and then working within our budget to get us what we needed to efficiently heat our home. He was readily available to answer follow-up questions and any concerns that were presented to him up until installation. He then followed up after installation was completed to ask if we had any further questions or concerns. Regarding installation, AJ and Andy were here on time and did a perfect job of installing our heating equipment, cleaning up to the point where it was spotless. AJ even painted the wall around where our old thermostat was removed and where our new thermostat was installed. I have no complaints and will definitely use Good’s for my future needs. They were awesome. 10/4/2021 Matthew came to perform a yearly check of my furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I will request Matthew the next time I have a service call.

We decided to have a whole house generator installed and called Good’s. They sent out someone to go over options and give us quotes for various sizes. We chose what we felt we needed and they scheduled us for installation to be less than a week later. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and professional. Installation went well with minimal interruption to our electric service. Even though some of the work was in our basement, they made every effort to not track in any dirt or make any mess. They were efficient and kept us informed from the time of the quote thru scheduling and installing. Would highly recommend them.

Last week our AC unit caught fire and quit working! We called Goods and they came out that day and accessed the problem and we came to a agreement and within days they came out and installed a new AC unit and Furnace everyone was great and very helpful with any questions we had! Would highly recommend them 👌 …
