IF you can get them out to your house they may be fantastic. I could never get that far. I called them on Wednesday August 1st, 2018 to set an appointment to have them give me an estimate to run a 220 outlet from our basement to our master closet. The lady (Megan) very politely informed me that the owners were out of town and as soon as they were back she would call. I get a call back a couple days later. She informs me that she “thinks someone can be out on Wednesday day August 8th but she’ll call me back and confirm.” No call. Wednesday the rolls around and, no surprise, no one is there. I wasn’t really expecting anyone since I never got the confirmation call. I call them back on Thursday, August 9th. Megan informs me there is just “no way” they can have someone out on Friday 8/10/2018. “There’s just no one here to do it!” She explains. “You’re wanting an estimate?” She asks. I confirmed and explained that we had another electrician come by and we needed a second quote. “Oh, you’re just trying to keep someone in line, I see.” I explained that if J&J was a better price we would have them do the work. I asked, “What about NEXT Friday – the 17th.” “We can do that” she explains. We agree to 08/17/2018 between 10-11. No one shows. I call AGAIN. “You’re not even on the schedule sir! I don’t have anyone to come out there! If you want you can call back and get on the schedule?” ….I thought that’s what I already did. She informs me that they “Just don’t have the time.” Fine, then stop putting me on your invisible calendar!
