Had water backing up into my basement, I wish I had asked his name but he was polite, informative, respectful, and most importantly fast. He also didn’t judge us for the state of our basement considering we have dogs and 3 kids (how it looked despite the water damage)

Can’t make this up. One guy walked off job. Rodney fell thru ceiling and Shawn not responsible for fixing. still not fixed.Called back to house twice to rewire non working outlets. Finally found another electrician to redo entire job as we were ghosted. Have all text messages to backup this review!!

Tried calling 2 different numbers to get an estimate. The number attached to the Google profile was never answered or I was hung up on. And their number on Facebook was disconnected.

I contacted him (summer ’22) regarding replacement of front & rear hose spigot. Told him I wanted 3 quarter turn spigot for both & interior access panels installed. He quoted me a figure for all. Showed up as scheduled with regular spigot’s & no access panels. Apologized but charged me same quoted amount & left with check & left me with two holes in my interior walls for me to repair. Front spigot quit working (just spins) 2 months ago. Called his ph # several times, voice mail is full & no returned calls.

Shawn replaced the sump pump in our crawl space, on a very rainy weekend. He was prompt in returning our call. We will definitely use his company again.

Let me just start off by saying Shawn and his team are the most trustworthy electricians/contractors I have ever dealt with. Due to a mix up on my end, I had over paid them nearly $1000 cash. Shawn went out of his way to get me my change that very same day, even though I realized way later than the end of business day. Shawn was very responsive throughout the entire process from quote to day of work. Any concerns I had were met swiftly and handled promptly. I appreciate the fact that his team works autonomously, I could still be working and making money while I could trust that they were doing their job and erasing all traces that they had been in the house. All in all, big positives from SB. If I ever have electric needs, they will be first on my list.

I left this company a message late at night after business hours that my water heater was leaking and they called me back first thing in the morning and fixed everything for me immediately. They did a great job and cleaned up the entire mess. Great company.
