From the first call Great Lakes was easy to work with. I had an estimator call me to set up an appointment but I was going to be traveling for work and could not meet with them before work needed done. The estimator was flexible and offered to still schedule a crew for an hourly rate plus materials. He was also nice enough to give me a potential ballpark range to expect. On the scheduled day of service, Shane and Kurt from Great Lakes showed up on time to hook up a hot tub for me. They were fast, clean and efficient. I feel they went above and beyond in their service and if their work is indicative of the typical service to be expected then I would recommend and use Great Lakes again in the future.

Great Lakes Electrical Contracting (GLEC) is a great option for any electrical needs. We transitioned from gas to electric, and the two guys sent–Shane and Kurt–did a great job making quick work of the changes. They informed me of what their process was, and a small change due to a window location. They were thorough and did a great job. I would recommend GLEC for any electrical jobs!

Alastair A. and Elijah G pulled off the impossible! We had extensive damage to our home due to Toledo Edison mistake – these gentleman replaced our 200amp home panel, 100amp garage panel and our external meter in less than 10hrs. These technicians took the time to explain all that needed to be done, were polite and courteous throughout the process. My family and I had to stay in a hotel for the evening and we 100% trusted them on our property while we were away. I could NOT recommend Great Lakes more for their professionalism, punctuality and expertise during the process and they will 100% get additional business from us. Thank you to Alastair and Elijah for your hard work and for coming back to test each outlet after Edison established power back to our property.
