I have to add to this review I have received a call from Ed’s and they understand when you have an unhappy customer you need address them which they have done and apologized and refunded the full amount they had charged $119.00 thank you very much Erica .remember a lot of unhappy customers don’t let you no and are lost so when you get a chance to correct a problem you’ve done great again thank you 5 star.I have used Ed’s for years always happy,recently advised a friend to use Ed’s for a/c failure they arrived on time said its froze up turned furnace on before there arrival so it defrosted quickly she was advised it was low on freon and can be replaced for about $6,000.00 or we can come back soon and repair it for about half that price charged her $119.00 said they have other appointments to get to see waited on her appointment was charged an hour and got no diagnosis what so ever just a receipt reassuring her that she was right “its broken” with a smile she called a competitor got there 2 days later they defrosted looked it over found w joints that showed signs of freon leak tightened them up charged it and no payment said let’s run it for at least few days a week later they returned it working lime new said great here is your bill few hours of labor and freon used about $350.00 i am very un happy with this she called and reassured they would [rds)be happy to sell her the $6,000.00 unit if I don’t here from Ed’s I’ll never use them again 0 stars from me if possible DO SOmETHING to CORRECT THIS EDS !!!

Your advertisement says on TV one visit and fixed . They came to my home 6 times. Chris, came out first charged me $722. Never saw old parts or new parts put in . When he left the problem still exist. Called office sent out Mike, who came out same problems, Mike came out5 times, then got charged. $175 on top of the $722, still the problem exist. Mike rigged the starter for a connection causing a smoking now. Finally called let them know problem still exist and what a big inconvenience for me since they were suppose to be experts. I ask for some compensation for my time. They gave me a full refund and said not to contact them. . I believe they didn’t really do the job or parts causing me a bigger problem for the rigging job and could cause a fire since it smokes now.. Thanks for the refund as a manager maybe you should have come out and checked out the job.

Ed’s Heating Cooling Plumbing Electric helped my mother immensely! We had a plumbing and electrical issue – we scheduled an appointment and they came out and immediately fixed the situation in the kitchen. They were extremely polite and professional. A tremendous company! Highly recommend!

A special Thank you to Josh, Andy, Justin and Luke at Ed’s Heating and Cooling! Our furnace went out and Josh diagnosed the problem then Andy came out to give us an estimate on a new, more efficient unit. Justin and Luke installed the new unit a few days later. Justin and Luke were very efficient and polite. Everyone at Ed’s is professional and polite and very easy to work with. Thanks again!

Our furnace posed a potential danger. They came on a Monday to check it out and we had a whole new system the next day. Justin and Jason were very professional and nice. Thank you so much. Would most definitely recommend Ed’s.

Service is excellent! Professional and knowledgeable. He was the only one that responded to our calls on the coldest night of the year. We had a house full of animals and children and he was able to give us advice to get us through the night until he could respond in person. If you find yourself in a position to need this service… save your time and just call Ed’s!

I called to have my hot water tank fixed. It was throwing a code. I run a busy salon. Austin came into my salon, looked at my tank. Made a phone call and said there is nothing we can do. Charged $240 and never brought a tool in. I would never use this company or suggest it to anyone! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Terrible all around
