I am very happy with the service I received from Ott Electric. I had a ballast go out on an old fluorescent fixture. John T advised me on my options and I decided that the more cost effective option was to update to an LED fixture. John T made two trips to my home, but only charged for the fixture installation, which was very reasonable. John T and Keith were friendly, courteous and professional. When they finished the job they left their work area spotless. I feel that I can count on Ott Electric to provide quality service at a reasonable cost.

John T and Keith came out to my home to work on 4 light fixtures. They are professional, courteous, thorough, on time and cleaned up after their work. While showing my 3 way switch in the kitchen, I mentioned my odd purple light in my garage that I hadn’t gotten around to changing and John T kindly changed it out for me. You don’t find service like that anymore.

My family was referred this company, and we are so glad we gave them a call. Not only is the phone receptionist very responsive, they came out promptly to address our concerns. John, one of their techs, throughly walked through our comments and questions, and gave honest helpful advice about our situation. We are very pleased with the work preformed, and happy to have found a quality honest local company.

We highly recommend Ott Electric! Joe Ott is knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and fair. He was able to come out and restore power to our well with next day service when many companies were scheduling multiple weeks out. We also had him quote a couple odd jobs and look forward to using them in the future!

I used OTT to upgrade my panel / service, install recessed lighting in the kitchen, and upgrade a couple outlets around the house. Prices were totally fair and the work was impeccable.

I’m very glad I turned to Ott Electrical Services for work on my house, adding a dedicated hookup for a generator. They showed up on time, did the whole job in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Nice people too. Price was fair. Great guarantee. Would definitely call on them again.

I would recommend Ott Electrical. Prices are very fair, workmanship is excellent. They’ve performed numerous projects in anfmd outside our house. From adding external outlets, electric to our shed, electrical for our pool, our home generator and many other services.

I had amy AC disconnect switch melt on Thursday and they answered their phone on Friday morning, when everyone else had recordings and schedules the following week! OTT Gave me an appointment the same morning, they called ahead, were professional, courteous, and affordable. I will tell my friends and neighbors and I decided to write this review to everyone else… if you need an electrician to repair something, I would call OTT Awesome job!! Stow, Ohio.
