My experience with Duffy was excellent. We had storm damage recently and the electrical mast on our rental property broke. This guy showed up within 24 hours, handle the permits and I even had to remind him to send me the bill. He is located in Euclid on e200th street by the Home Depot. Nice guy easy to work with and I will definitely call on him in the future

I had Duffys electric here twice. The first time nothing was fixed, I was advised not to plug a lamp in on one side of my living room. The second time was for the same issue. He went to my basement where the breaker box is, he moved some boxes around that he could have stepped passed. He tipped over a Rubbermaid tub all the way on its side that was filled with Christmas ornaments and decorations. He never told me that he did it, I’m sure he knew that glass broke when he did it because it’s half filled with broken glass now I had to of made a noise. Still didn’t fix the problem, still can’t use the socket in my living room. And half my sentimental Christmas decorations are broken. I do not recommend this business. And I called and left a be w corporate and never got a call back. I feel violated. My stuff is broken and my electric is still not working.

We had some work done through Duffy’s and I highly recommend them based on my experience. Ron called ahead of time, showed up when he said he would, and worked hard while he was here. On top of that, he was friendly and respectful. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors lately and most of them do not meet expectations. Using Duffy’s was a rare exception and we will definitely use them again in the future if we need more work.

Our family home needed knob and tube replaced and I also wanted to upgrade to a 200 amp panel. Also we had some splices not up to code. We wanted additional outlets and some light fixtures replaced. Duffys responded promptly to my call. They came out and did did a walk through and came up with an estimate. I thought the price was really good for all the work being done. They guys who showed up were very good at their work. Technically proficient and very knowledgeable. They took their time and did things right and I think went above and beyond what was in the quote. Not because I asked them to, but they seemed proud to do so. They ran new wire out to the garage and upstairs with hardly any opening of walls etc. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done it is top notch. The business is local and veteran owned. I highly recommend Duffys if you need some serious electrical work done.
