I have used Seiter Services for years. They are the best! In the last two months they have provided service on three properties for me. Elizah was the technician for each visit. Seiter Services are very fortunate to have this young man as an employee. He is very knowledgeable and such a professional, if I owned a business he is the type of employee I would want!

I am a trustee at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Old Troy Pike, Huber Heights, OH. We recently had a failure of our main HVAC system for the church sanctuary. Seiter Services was recommended by a church member and subsequent telephone conversation and physical evaluation resulted in estimated corrections and a quote was provided. Chris Seiter, owner and manager, was notified of approval of the invoice quote and he provided a system replacement time frame. This company went above and beyond normal expectations to accommodate our needs and meet our financial boundaries. Throughout the installation process, their professional communication and attention-to-detail was first-class. I was extremely satisfied with the entire start-to-finish scenario and my resulting proclamation to our congregation of successful Air Conditioning “revival” was very well received. We highly recommend Seiter Services for any of your HVAC needs. We (Aldersgate UMC) will utilize Seiter Services again for additional HVAC repairs/replacement for our aging systems in the near future. Even though it was more expensive than I wanted to pay, Chris explained to me everything he had to do and I watched him expertly fix my leaking problem. He had to run and get a replacement tool but he was quick and friendly! I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again in the future.

Chris is an excellent tech, he is very kind and professional. He fixed our water leak and we have had no issues since. He upgraded our old 80’s shut off valves and installed a new outside frost free spigot too. Well worth the cost to upgrade the whole plumbing area before our small leak turned into a big spraying mess. The price was very reasonable and now we have no worries ! Highly recommend

Hank did an outstanding job in explaining the various systems available and help us choose the correct one. Very comprehensive and answered our questions. Jonathan and Johnny did an excellent job installing the units in one day. They fabricated new duct work and did an amazing and quality job. Would highly recommend Seiter hor all of your HVAC projects.

Josh did an outstanding job performing the spring service on our air handler and heat pump system. He kept us in the loop on what he was doing as part of his detailed inspection. No issues were found! Also, before he entered our house, he made sure to cover his shoes so that he would not get any dirt in our home. He also left everything spotless upon completion of the job. We always go with Seiter!!
