Great to work with. Very efficient and trustworthy. Difficulty in getting responses to messages recently. I have left two direct verbals with the owner and two voice mails in the last two months. Not sure what’s happening. 12/25

I am not sure how to start this review, as I’ve honestly never experienced such an honest hardworking person in a long time, maybe EVER. Warren fixed my elderly mothers mast and roof, he did a wonderful job. Then, he also attached the gutter on the front of the house as well as the outlets inside, as they weren’t working. I saw the amount on the bill he wanted to charge and I said something is wrong with the bill, your not charging enough for all the work you’ve done. I marked it out and replaced it with $1000 more as I know what this should have cost. He was so honest that he didn’t charge that amount even when I asked him to! WTH?? I am going to sing his praises everywhere I can! Who does this? He is a nice person and I recommend him for any project you have! He fixed the roof!! He’s an electrician! I am beyond pleased and hope everyone enjoys the work of Belmont Electric!! You will be just as pleasantly surprised. Thank you Warren and his dad!! Pic below of how bad it was to NOW! Thank You!!

Father answers phone and states one thing one day and never follows through. They cut through a pvc pipe in lawn while laying electrical wire after promising they would hand dig that area to ensure no damage. Provided no discount on work for mishap…. fixed area on pipe they cut through but didn’t fix another area of leak they caused. Broke tools to refill trench and said they would return with tools to backfill trench but never returned. I DO NOT recommend this company.

They were contracted to upgrade my panel to a 200 amp panel. Not being knowledgeable about doing so I didnt think anything except that they tore up my dry wall which I didnt bother saying anything. After we had a tornado here in Dayton i had issues with my electric i called them and was told the electrician would call and schedule when to come out and I never got a call. Now a year later I want work done have called and left 4 messages with out even a call back so I called another company who came out and told me and showed me what was wrong first my panel was not wired or written down right and switches were tied in together meaning when my basement lights go off so does some outlets in my upstairs, secondly they cheated and rather then run a new ground wire for 200 amps which would be 6 gauge they cut the 10 or 8 gauge ground wire spliced it with 6 gauge and shoved it the splice into the hold to pass the inspection on top of this they messed up the drywall and after all this they will not even call me back.

i have used them a couple times over the past 2 yrs each timebno matter how big or small the job is the company gets to me quickly and i dont have to take a second mortgage on my house to pay them i would highly recommend then to anyone very nice people to work with

I hired them to upgrade our house from 100 amp to 200 amp service, replace the breaker box and add three new circuits for our RV electrical hookup. The installation team was very courteous and nice and they did great work. They also cleaned up the area after they were done. I’d highly recommend them for anyone that needs electrical work done on their house. The only delay – installing the RV electrical outlets, was for waiting on parts to come in (about one week). A very professional family run business – three generations working in the business today.

This is regarding the post made by Mr Williams . He called requesting an electrical reconnect inspection and city of Dayton permit . This is what he was charged for . He received the inspection which details electrical safety issues which must be resolved before the city will approve reconnect , which D.P.& L. must have released to them before reconnect can be done. He called requesting cancellation of the permit , which was done we indicated this fee for the permit would be returned to him which was done. He used the inspection report to do the work himself , This was not just an estimate , inspection was performed and a permit was sent in . This needed to be set straight.

Totally unlike Brian Williams review, I had an excellent experience with Belmont Electric. They were courteous, efficient with a response and were very flexible with my schedule. The estimate was fairly priced and the work quality excellent! They did not rip me off and are certainly not wolves in sheep’s clothing. I would recommend them to anyone!
