When the heat went out we tried calling other companies, one didn’t show up after scheduling a appointment and another one never called back. Inspired answered right away and came out that evening. We had heat that night.

Mr. Closs was recommended by a trusted friend who calls Inspired Heating & Cooling for a variety of residential and commercial services. After my basement flooding remediation, he expertly coordinated the installation of drywall, paint and flooring in my basement. I was impressed he took all measurements personally and tested wall outlets as standard practice. He offered a fair and reasonable estimate, stayed involved and kept me informed, which was appreciated. Since then, he’s serviced both the AC/Furnace units, installed wi-fi enabled devices and wall switches and drafted estimates future updates. For me, having one General Contractor with a team of experts is a no brainer. He’s responsive, reliable and straight forward about what it takes. He’s the first person I call and recommended him whole heartedly.

Steven at Inspired Heating and Cooling fixed our central air during the peak of summer! He acted on the request within a few hours, while other companies didn’t provide a response or appointment for days. Steven showed up exactly on time & had deep expertise in HVAC. I appreciated that he explained every step of the process along the way of making the fix. Their pricing was also very transparent. Steven and his team at Inspired Heating & Cooling did an excellent job with their service. My A/C unit stopped working so I asked a friend to recommend a trustworthy company.They recommended Inspired Heating. I called Steven and he was able to get out to me the same day. After checking the system he discovered a recently blown fuse which turned out to be a quick and easy fix. What I appreciate most is that Steven didn’t “Diagnose” a larger problem with my system that would have cost me more money. He charged me an honest price for minor fix. Thanks again Steven!!!!!!

I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!
