Not one to complain but could have went better. Service call was to check wiring on deck lights and replace 2 exterior outlets. One of the outlets they ended up finding out was wired into the deck lights, so only works when you flip the switch. I told the tech for that reason we didn’t need that one and he told me it was already done and would charge me labor to take it out. They later provided a quote to come back and re-wire it correctly which was pretty expensive, will probably go elsewhere to fix this.

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again! The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! 🙂

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Hired Buckeye Electrical to install 3 pieces of machinery in my business. Great communication before the job started. They showed up right on time and did great work. Would definitely recommend.
