Do not use this company. I’ve had to spend almost $3,500 (after already spending just over $14k for something that never worked properly) fixing their mistakes and improper installations. Unlicensed HVAC workers and high schoolers were working on my house at one point. Ductwork was done twice and I eventually had to hire another company to redo it again (see pictures below of the aftermath; nothing sealed, no insulation on the main stack, and the rectangle metal ductwork was taped together instead of clicked together like it should). The brand new outdoor unit blew a few months in because the ductwork was done improperly (two other HVAC companies said a load calculation hadn’t been done so I didn’t have enough vents or return air). Most of the electrical connections do not have proper conduit piping on them and are exposed. My insulation was moved into a pile in my attic and never put back and garbage from the original ductwork was left behind. The mini split was installed improperly and all connections had to be redone by another company. Over the last year and a half or more, I’ve had issue after issue with the HVAC put in my home, so much so I wasn’t able to use it for a total of 6 months or more (the furnace kept overheating in the winter and the AC unit ran nonstop in the summer). It was agreed upon they would reimburse the cost of ductwork install completed by the other company; ultimately some was reimbursed, but not the agreed upon amount. They stated they felt they reimbursed enough and that they wouldn’t be paying anymore on the agreed upon amount. I’m posting this to make people aware.

They fixed our mini split for us and did it pretty fast! Just had to order a part cause it wasn’t getting power but they fixed it their prices are affordable!! Definitely recommend!

The same day I called (Thursday), they came to give me an estimate . As soon as the parts were in (monday) , they came bright and early and hooked up a whole new ac set up! The speedy and great customer service was so great !!! I 100% recommend them to anyone needing ac/heat or duct work! The owner himself made sure he was hands-on and present for the process, which I greatly appreciated!

I own a 22 room motel with PTAC systems in each room. Andrew came and cleaned all the systems in two days and left each one not only clean, but smelling like new again. I will continue to use him on a regular yearly basis, or as needed. They missed a spot on one of the units and when we called them about it, Andrew was here the next day and recleaned the entire unit. You can’t ask for better service. *****
